Resident Evil 5 help with some questions

Hi everyone. I am new here so sorry if this is in the wrong place. But I need help with some questions.

1. What are the best weapons in the game? And please dont say the infinite RL as I doubt I will ever get good enough to get that. I currently use the Dragunov SVD fully upgraded with infinite ammo and the S&W M29 fully upgraded with infinite ammo. Now are these the best of that particular weapons or is there something better? Also I am looking for a machine gun that is the equivalent of the Chicago Typewriter. Is there 1 in the game. If not what is the best Machine gun in the game?

2. Help with a couple of a achievements please:

1.How do I get the "collect all 4 eggs achievement"? I have eaten 2 gold about 3 brown, about 4 white and I have smashed a rotten egg over a Majini to get the "kill a Majini with a rotten egg" achievement but still no "4 egg achievement".

Second achievement question. How do you kill 2 guys with 1 flash greneade? I tried yesterday but it did not work.

3rd achievement question. How do you get the achievement "stockpile" I have bought every weapon in the game including the Longbow and Gatling gun but still havent got it. Do I need the Infinite Rocket Launcher aswell?

3rdly a game question this time. Are there any differences between the modes in this game? i.e is there any differences to the levels between amateur, normal and hard mode like there was in RE4? How do I switch between using Chris and Sheva in the game? In one of those you tube videos the player was able to switch to having Sheva driving the boat how do you do that?

Um, okay, let me see if I can help you.

I have the inferior (AHEM!) PS3 version, but I still think I can give you some answers.

1. Weapons. I'm not sure. It seems up to preference. People love and adore the Hydra though, which you can get by fully upgrading the Ithaca. Although some will tell you that a fully upgraded M3 shotgun is better than the Hydra. My fave out of all three is actually a fully upgraded Ithaca, which makes no sense, I know, but I guess I'm just not sensible, hah hah. As for rifles, I like the Dragunov, but most people prefer the big black one which name escapes me at the moment( you unlock it later in the game).
For machine guns I like the AK-74.

2. I believe you get the "Egg Hunt" achievement by having one of each egg in your inventory. That's how I got my trophy.

3. To kill multiple enemies with a Flash grenade, I went to the 'Caves' level and chucked a flashbang at those little annoying spider-things you encounter at the beginning of that level. They die very easily.

4. I think you need the RL too. You also need every type of grenade in your inventory as well as a land mine to get the 'Stockpile' achievement. There may something else, but I'm not sure, as I haven't gotten this trophy yet in my game.

5. Level differences? As in, AI or enemy population? The enemies are purportedly supposed to be a bit "dumber" in the easier levels and there should be less numbers. I've never played Amateur, so I'm not sure about this.

6. I don't think you can switch between Chris and Sheva when you're in the middle of the game.

Perhaps the clip you saw on YouTube was a co-op session? Co-op allows the players to choose where they want to sit on the boat.
