HELP: Outbreak File 2

I'm in the Zoo, in the room with "Mr Raccoon". I used the 2 coins, and there are 2 red spots in the ground. What am i supposed to do?
I tried to run into one of the spots while the AI was on the other one, but yhey keep following me...
