I've seen several instances of members here snapping at newcomers with very little reason... will it hurt to be nice? If someone asks a question, even if it's a 'stupid' one - just either ignore it or answer it and be on your way. The question about whether or not RE 4 was a first person shooter, all it required was a simple 'no' answer. I don't understand what's so difficult about that. There's absolutely no need to be rude about it - and the next time I see that kind of hostility towards a new member for no reason I will be issuing out warnings.
I don't like playing this card, but I will this once; Sephiroxas and I are the moderators, it's up to us to decide which threads are pointless and which are not. Doing so yourselves only encourages off-topic discussions and adds abolutely nothing fruitful to the thread itself; there is nothing that you can do about a pointless thread - so don't even bother calling one out. I'll see it eventually and I'll lock it if I feel it serves no purpose. So, cut it all out - I'm tired of seeing all the un-called for nastiness.
