Can anyone recommend me some good Batman comics, preferably with the darker style (like the movie 'The Dark Knight', the game 'Batman: Arkham Asylum' and the beautiful comic 'Joker' by Brian Azzarello)?
The Long Halloween and Dark Victory by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale are really good and very similar to the movies, as is Batman: Year One by Frank Miller. The Killing Joke by Alan Moore is a good Joker story, similar to the Joker graphic novel. Also, they're a littel hokey, but I enjoy the Batman: Vampire stories and Batman: Haunted Gotham, mostly because I love Kelley Jones' art style. Hush is definitley good too!
Batman The Dark Knight Returnsby: Frank Miller Batman The Dark Knight Strikes Again.by: Frank Miller(And Lynn Varley)
Both Are Great Graphic Novels.
Returns Has A lot of Superheros in it, Like Superman and Wonder Woman. And Strikes Again goes back and forth from color to Black and white.
