I've actually found Pwanchi's Resident Evil parodies to be quite hilarious.

The Code Veronica parody has been incomplete for some time, but just recently they released the third part, so I'm hoping they finish it soon. They've also done a complete parody of the first game. You guys should definitely check it out if you haven't already.
