Watching my brother playing RE4 during the "Cabin Fever" sequence.

The first time loading up RE2 and being amazed out how real it was to then promptly die from not knowing how to move.

I've got two that stick out.
The moment you walk into the RPD building for the first time in RE2. The music and the emptiness of the lobby was just unnerving after the run to the station.
Brad Vickers death at the hands of Nemesis in RE3. It was the moment early on that you realised that the game wasn't gonna be a pushover, and that this thing is gonna go Terminator on your a$$.

My favorite RE memory would have to be when I completed the original RE1 for the first time. I was maybe seven years old and I was super proud of myself lol.

The zombie in the bath tub, I don't know why exactly... but that always stuck with me.

RE2 when the you run into the RPD's first save room and the licker crawls across the window. Very subtle, but also creepy.

RE Outbreak, like the whole game, was my favorite RE ever though.

Nemesis window jump in RPD building, and music after leaving bar in RE3 ("City in Ruin")- makes me feel sad and lost, great track
