Resident Evil 7 Dirty coin didnt transfer

I spent forever trying to get the dirty coin and then I did....started RE7 and it said it transferred but it's not there. I even beat the demo again and recieved the coin for a second time and it still didn't transfer.

in all honesty the dirty coin is next to useless if you know what it's for.. don't worry about it

i also had trouble getting it, but it turned out i used the wrong profile
but when i used the right one i got the coin
which is just an extra antique coin but different color
