Ok rps are being run down on the forum. Why? Who knows. thats why i made this. if your not familiar with death note its manga about a notebook that kills people if written in. The NPA caught on to the person they call Kira. At the end kira died im not telling you how.
Shinigami are the gods of death with the death note
when they get bored they throw it into the human world from their realm. shinigami can only e seen by people who have thouched the notebook or fragments of it.
Rules:
1. If you are the Kira dont abuse it.
2. No godmoddin
3. No super powers, other then shinigami eyes.(second kira have them)
4. No fights unless its Kira VS NPA
5. ONLY 2 KIRAS, and 3 shinigami
6. kira must know the name and face of the person to kill them

Type: Kira, NPA, Civilian, Shinigami
Equip: Death note, Badge, Suitcase, etc.
Bio: Only needed for civilians.
