The ones where you have to run through the water area to get the plates for the door? I thought that was a tad later in the game??

That's the one where you have to do 3 or 4 QTE's to keep it from killing you on the raft. No, you can't kill it, and you do not face it again at any point later in the game.

If your talking about the one from Exacution Grounds then no... but you can push the majini into the water and feed it!! haha!! > = ]

But the level when you have to run through the leg deep waters then yeah you can kill thoses ones lol
