Ah yes I had seen this on residentevilfan. It is a part of the REmake, but I never earned that in the game...probably because over the dozen or so times that I beat REmake, I have always played on Easy...

I am not sure if this is a part of the game, but I have seen pictures of renderings and such, like you may be able to unlock these, where you get to just have a character model there of Chris or Jill or whoever, and you can move the camera around....not sure if this is possible, but I did see some pictures.
