Why the hell are some of the guys on Capcom unity even entertaining the possibility of this theory being true?

Some of them are actually agreeing and discussing it with him.....

Really makes you go "wtf"?

Especially when you consider the likely possibility that this game takes place BEFORE RE5 which was initially confirmed with the interviews saying it takes place 10 years after the Racoon City outbreak which really pops the biggest hole in his theory.
