Venom and Spidey and as ASS LOAD of other characters to take Carnage down...Carnage even gets his own team together with villians like Deathlock, Demogoblin, Shiek, and Doppleganger. It takes Spidey, Venom, Iron Fist, Black Cat, Captain America, Cloak, Dagger, and i think a few others to bring Carnage down...
