Black ops 2 confirmed

Hmm don't know how I feel about this, even though it was surrounded with criticism iloved the black ops multilayer. So I guess I am looking forward to it.. But I hated mw3..
 
I just don't think CoD is any good...at all...It's the same as every other shooter but with a bigger budget...And after the flop that MW3 was, I doubt Black Ops 2 will do as hot as its predecessor...

I know when it comes down to it cod sucks but it's the only game I enjoy playing online that and bf3, and I mostly play offline now
 
I liked black ops more than the mw games. Mostly cause it was set during the cold war, had zombies and cause I prefer the weapons (tomahawk, crossbow & rc-xd own).

Heard that BO2 might be set about 10 - 15 years in the future... idk how I feel about that. The weapons will prob be a bunch of prototypes & made up **** no one has ever heard of before.

Good...maybe if they make up the weapons than can make up a decent freakin' story too lol...

Where did you hear/read this.. Wouldn't that just make it another modern warfare game?
 
Well I had read about it on a few different sites but if you go onto the official cod site there's a clip that states "The future is not as far off as most people think. We're not ready for it" and there's also this vid:


So if they are talking about BO2, then it does seem like it will be set in the near future.
 
Ahh I'm not sure how to react to that, but I guess I assumed black ops would concentrate on the past and modern warfare would eventually push itself into the future.
Since its all rumours and speculation I guess we should wait for a official press release before turning our noses up at it lol.
 
Just watched some video on it and cancelled half way through. Are they still using the Call of Duty 4 engine?

Thank god they are adding zombies again. I read about some new rts type of mode and I thought that was gonna replace it.

There's a rumour that zombies in bo2 is gonna be 8 player co-op and there will be twice as many zombies on screen. I hope that's true :)
