Try gamefly.com. They let you rent the games and sometimes they will sell them, but they may be used and I don't know if they provide service for the UK, but I am pretty sure that they do. Or try CAPCOM.com, they have a store there, but I haven't checked what they sell on their online store.

And that Jill action figure, I think you can buy it from the U.S., but I am not for sure because I never bought stuff from Amazon, but go ahead and see of you can buy it.
