beating re games with no weapons?

i posted this in the re2 place since the game was re2 but i was wonderin if anyone else had vids of people beatin any re game without any weapons. heres the vid of what i mean:

is that even possible with like re1? cause that game was real hard if ya ask me, and i dont see one gettin past hunters so easily
