AVP out today

so for those of you who rushed out today to get it like i did lol.
what are your thoughts so far on it.
ive played a fair bit of the marine story line and i love it so far, its so dark and intense and straight away your thrown into action which i think is brilliant.
as for online mode, well it doesnt get much better than it already is.
the only downside side is death match has a score limit of 40 which is quite alot to reach in a handful of minutes, so far i havent played a game where someone has got to 40, and the timer has run out and ended it that way
overall this game gets a massive 9/10 from me.

You know, I never watched the movies. But I have seen the Predator and Alien movies. The aliens always scared me when I was little lmao.

I played the demo for this and loved it, so I'm going to definately go out and rent it. And who knows..I might end up buying it eventually, lol.

watch the alien films there brilliant even the first one even though its kinda slow.
you should definitely get this game if you liked the demo ,its 10 times better, even the story mode is good,
ive just progressed past the alien hive into the jungle area so now im gonna get to find out how predators fit into the story .

I love the Alien movies! I've just never seen Alien vs. Predator. I can remember a little bit of one of the Predator movies. Wasn't "Aahhnold" in one of them? :lol:

Yeah he was in the first one. The second pred movie was better though, had danny glover in it, well at least I think that's what his name was

Danny Glover sounds about right. I think I remember a little bit of the second one. It's been quite a while since I've seen any of those movies though. What's your opinion on the Alien vs. Predator movie?

I don't like them at all, as a game its fine but as a movie I think they were put together really badly, the idea is a good one but I think a bad choice of director was the case in these films

Yeah, everyone else I've asked has said the same thing. That's why I haven't bothered with them I guess, lol.

the first one was utter garbish, the second avp was okay, but only worth watching the once.
never again will i waste an hour and a half watching that.

I just got my paycheck in today so sometime around next week I may go buy it if my parents will let me.

Yeah this one is first person. I didn't get a chance to play it as much as I wanted to yesterday, however I diid at least complete marine story and win a few games on live, once I get home today I'm gonna complete predator story.

Because I'm a goofball and I picture strange things in my head sometimes. I know damn good and well there would be no dancing aliens..yet, I still keep imagining them dancing.


You should know what a freagin' goofball I can be by now echoey. :lol:
