Now look at the end of that bar. See the arrow? Click it.

As for the arrow, I have discovered it before but I have since forgot about it.
 
What is it doing besides acting like a proxy? It's a bad proxy, if that is what it tries to be. It's slow and some elements of the forum page were missing.
