YOU HAVE TO STAY IN raccoon city and the chopper leaves they say its not over yet and theres a new threat in raccoon city only you can stop ????? what are they talking about ?

To be honest, the ending doesn't really make sense, because they nuke the town.
But I have to give credit to the creature designers: the 'Super Parasite Tyrant' looks really wicked. And the boss fight with it actually feels like RE.
