KennedyShot. I had to start this profile cause it was banned about a week and half ago

I have tried to log onto that account several times and each time I get informed I was banned from the forum for "spam"

You have been banned for the following reason: Spam. Again this message came up

KennedyShot doesn't seem to have a banned status.... It must have been a temporary ban.
We don't allow one person to have more than one account, it's actually a ban reason on its own. So please continue to use your first account.

Can I atleast ask how long a temp ban is?

A ban can be as long as the moderator wish, but usually when we ban someone here it is permanent. But since your first account don't have a banned status now it seems it must have been one of the few temp bans.

*sigh*

You should have been told if it was permanent or for a set period of time. It is also possible that a ban is lifted before it was meant to expire. But I can't see what was the case here. We changed forum software not too long ago, if we had still been on the old software then I could easily have found your account's log file.

Well thank you for your time. I was hoping to get that ban lifted or just delete that account since it seems that even now I get a banned message with it

The member title on your 1st account reads "Active Member", not "Banned". But if your first account is banned then your new account will be banned as well. If you think you was unjust banned, contact Angel.

I was hoping to resolve this with moderators as I heard Angel is Prego and don't wanna bother her with this if unnecessary. The only thing that I could think of getting me banned was a spat I had with La Femme. But I was under the impression that was going to be left alone with a simple agree to disagree. Again thank you for your time and yeah I think we did cross post lol

If Femme banned you and you think it was unfair, talk with her about it. I'll not undo a decision made by another staff member, so if you can't resolve it with Femme then you have to either drop the case or talk with Angel.

Well I asked Angel for help. Honestly I think it is best I avoid contact with Femme and again thank you for your time. Honestly the issue there is we both feel the other is wrong It seems which usually means it is best to as a 3rd party for help with resolving the conflict.

Just FYI, that third party has to be the supreme authority here, I'm not in a position to question an equal mod's decision.

Do not use your new account to post like if nothing ever happened, use it to resolve your issue via private messaging, or profile messaging. Your new account is bound to be banned and it may happen any time soon.

If we allowed banned members to come back, the ban feature would be pointless.

I mainly made this account so I could to talk to someone about getting the ban lifted not to act like nothing happened.

That's no problem, the staff is not here just to enforce the rules, we are here to help people as well.

To clarify, you were not banned because you disagreed with me. I've had plenty of disagreements with members here, and not a single one has been banned or even given an infraction because of it. I banned you because YOU continuously spewed abuse at me, even after I tried to duck out of the argument.
