I'm still yet to complete RE5 but I'm stuck on the bit after you kill Uburos or someone with a name similair to that. Do you know that boss battle with that big beast and you have to sorta use the flame thrower to burn his arms off and stuff? I'm stuck on the bit after that where you have to fight your way past all of the zombies with those guns, but suddenly some weird creature falls from the ceiling and if he grabs you he stabs his things in to you. I don't know how to get past that part.
