Your signature image is far too big, you have to reduce its size at once please. It is currently 1024 pixels wide. The absolute maximum width is 820 pixels provided you don't have an xbox gamer tag. Since you do have an xbox gamer tag, the available space for sig images is less, about 755 pixels I believe.
Do you know how to fix it?

You can use this to talk to people, just go to their account and type in theirs.
