...The vast majority of these aren't plot holes at all...You just don't like the answers, or haven't looked hard enough...Either way, I'll gladly explain...

Leon is retelling the events to Krauser. He was not there, so he heard them secondhand, be it from Claire, Chris, or whomever, it's not really relevant, because this is nothing but a flashback, and has no overall impact on the actual cannon story that is "Operation Javier." Leon may have gotten a detail or two wrong, but it doesn't alter the story at all. Every time someone in real life hear's a story, it changes a little. Like a game of telephone.

Rebecca from RE1 doesn't matter. non-cannon. as for Rebecca from RE0 vs. REmake, she's relatively the same character. No matter how you slice it, she's an 18 year old girl who is alone in REmake. In RE0 you have Billy nearly the ENTIRE time, plus you have a gun. It's stated that in between RE0 and RE1 she loses her gun, so add the loss of a gun to no longer having a strong partner at your side, yeah, she's bound to be a little different.

That makes no sense...For one, when Resident Evil starts it's NOT a world of Bio-Terrorism. On top of that, just because you're a prodigy or a genius doesn't mean you have all the answers to everything. Albert Einstein was a genius, and so is Stephen Hawking, yet there are still questions on this earth about physics...

Again...Rather stupid question...No one HAS to die in anything. It's all dependent on how the writers write the story...But A. This is supposed to be a deadly survival situation, and be, what kind of horror game/movie/book, or whatever form of media, doesn't have people die. It would be stupid for him to live. His death was a horrific moment in a game built AROUND horror...

Manuella is in US custody. Considering she was taken into custody in a very similar manner as to how Sherry was raised, it may be possible she plays a similar role. However, we also have to remember she was a sickly girl, and using her powers made her even worse. It's possible she's dead, still in custody, working the an organization. Who knows. But just because we don't have an answer right away, doesn't mean we won't get one. That's bad story telling. Patience is a virtue...

How is this a plot hole? It's simple...Children with High IQ's were abducted, studied, and given a surname of Wesker. All of them died due to experimentation except for Alex and Albert. Alex went missing while doing research into immortality.

Again, we don't know what Capcom's plan is...She's only been in three games, and every time we learn a little more about her. Chill out...It's bad story telling to just give everything away all at once...Get some patience...
Why...They worked for Umbrella, and Umbrella doesn't exist anymore...Their part of the story has been told...There is really nothing more to learn...
And Carlos Oliviera is where now?
Again, he was just a merc hired by Umbrella. He went down the tubes when they did. He probably is a Merc for some other company now. He wasn't tied to Umbrella like the others...He probably went on to live without really worrying about Bio-Terror....

Again, he's just not relevant right now. The company he worked for is gone. Boom. End of story. You're over thinking his value to the series...

Actually, I live in a city nearly the exact same size as Raccoon city, and if there are only FOUR people alive, you have BARELY a chance of finding each other. It makes PERFECT sense that they wouldn't have any idea about each other. Not to mention the fact that Resident Evil 2 takes place on the SECOND day of the outbreak. Resident Evil 3 starts on Day one. Then Jill gets infected. She is recuperating for a full day (The events of RE2 happen), then on the third day she and Carlos leave the church and continue. On top of that, Leon and Claire are almost EXCLUSIVELY in the Underground lab and in the Police Station. Not in the city itself like the other two.

Any woman may want Albert Wesker. He doesn't exactly show off that he's a creep. And this would have been in his early years working for Umbrella. He's suave, smart, and good looking. He probably had women all the time.

Plenty of motivation. He wanted MORE money and MORE power, and only had so long of a lifespan to do it in.
