We don't have ALL the specifics..But it's gonna have a more Gears of War style set up..Similar to RE4 but with a slide, cover, and melee actions added in...However, it's also supposed to have horror elements...We'll see soon enough I suppose...

Anyone notice that only the first two RE movies were pretty good, AND in RE afterlife when chris and claire was fighting wesker the whole part from were he threw his glasses was from RE:5 :/ except with poor acting and no sheva 
For one, who needs Sheva...Second, most of RE: Afterlife had RE5 references and that part was designed specifically for that...
What do you mean action buttons (I don't know the controls because I played RE4 on Wii and GC but RE5 on PS3)
On 4, you open doors and shoot with the square button and in 5, you do those things with the X button.

Well, i'd hate to admit it but sometimes sheva is good to just have around as long as you don't need her for anything and she doesn't do anything, basically noone needs her but I'd rather have her than the bad actor who played Claire. They should get the girl who did Sheva's voice to play Sheva (the girl from doctor who (back when it was good)) she'd be perfect
also why does alice have powers? That's what made the movies suck for me, she got powers and now she's cloning herself...I hope she can get super wesker speed, strength, then her blood can ignite stuff on fire; who needs superman with laser eyes when you got fire blood?edit: maybe shes a pokemon o3o?
She wasn't cloning herself...Umbrella was cloning her...She has powers for the same reason Alexia and Wesker had powers...And of course a bad actor played Claire...RE has very few GOOD actors...Oded Fehr (Carlos) is a good actor...Sieanna Giullroy (Jill) had some acting talent...Michelle Rodriguez (Rain) is a pretty good actress...Though I've only seen her in ass kicking roles, which don't really take much acting...Boris Kodjoe (the black basket ball player whos name i can't remember in Afterlife) is a good actor...Other than that..The actors in the RE movies suck...But at least theres not Sheva in them...I swear...If they give HER a role before characters that have been around for ages like Rebecca and Barry then...Frankly I don't even know what I'd do it'd make me so mad...As far as Alice being a Poke'mon...Well...Good luck trying to catch her...Well, i'd hate to admit it but sometimes sheva is good to just have around as long as you don't need her for anything and she doesn't do anything, basically noone needs her but I'd rather have her than the bad actor who played Claire. I wish they gave the role of Barry to Seth Rogen (imagine him saying jill sandwich, sadly I can't because my mind would explode)
Oh God...That...Would be awful...I mean, if RE was ever spoofed, like Star Wars or something...THEN I can see it...But him legitimately being cast a Barry...My mind would explode...Not in the good way...Though, I will give him credit for Funny People...And Fanboys...
In RE4 the X button open doors.

Maybe if Seth Rogen's face didn't look funny I could take him seriously as Barry but when I see his face I just expect him to say something random that you couldn't translate to english, but because of his voice it makes sense.
