(I wrote something similar in the Merc's thread but upon looking through loads of threads that held less significance then my own (as far as I'm concerned) being treated well, I thought it better to post here generally as I feel I confined myself to Merc's when I intended on a more general appeal, and I thought this more appropriate. I tried deleting my earlier post and found out that deleting wasn't an option so if a staff might happen upon this, if you could delete it respectively I would be much appreciative.)
Summary: Looking for skillled companionship predominantly in Resident Evil 5 (all modes)
Hear me out: When I first started Resident Evil 5 (as I bought it when it first came out) my room mate was more into it then I, I was put off by having to babysit anotherfemale liability. It was only when I was requested of by him to participate in Merc's that I first played. Right away, we started to recieve SS ranking. Truelly. And I believe it was because we had such a good sense of each other, it demonstrated its self in our play. We knew where each other would go, what we were thinking, our place in battle and how to achieve our goal.
Well, this was years ago. I've long since lost my knoledge of any map besides the first town (which I am quite accustomed to as far as time, bonus points, hot spots go), and I lost my pal and with that I lost my taste for RE5. I recently rekindled this nostalgic outbreak pandemic through circumstances irrelevant, and I found that I was nothing without my pal. Barely could play. Didn't feel secure in it more so, and with that I wasn't able to confidently play. I've become better but I'm searching for another partner.
But in particular what Im searching for is a partner(s) that I can communicate with (I have no mic but do have instant message and whatever else might be neccessary) (It broke, I swear..) and for obvious reasons this makes jump in play difficult with other people. I'm looking for a companion that I can discuss strategy with, lay out basic plans, and to develop a flow with that as far as I can see, made me and Timmy one of the most dangerous duos.
This means getting to know you, or.. Roughly your play style, the way you think, your method to handling things, your favored position in Mercs or campain, and learning mine as well, as to achieve an understanding of each other that will foster a flow resulting in super-smooth play. Ideally if we hit it off this flow would be useful towards other games as well. I think with the right team, we could easily dominate any challenge that should present its self.
Of course I understand that some of you have innate ability with this, some of you have worked hard for what you are capable as of now, I on the other hand could stand to learn a thing or two, and wouldnt mind someone in the same disposition. And if this works as I hope, it will be beneficial to both parties, their scores, and their future game endeavors.
With that being said if you're still here after all that are interested, all that I ask is that you be, well I, guess I put it as.. Have a good head on your shoulders? And that you introduce yourself or at least state your reasoning for having added me so that I know what action to take thereon. I recieve alot of speechless, useless adds that clog my inbox, but messages are a rare treat. Those that are with meaning anyway.
