Resident Evil 6 wrong code from RE5 in RE6 Archives

My RE 5 code from RE6 archives is wrong, what should I do?

well you can either download a pirate copy
(you allready payed for the game so you deserve your copy)
however. i dont recomend this since it might get you banned from xbox live and stuff
so the best option i guess is to contact the store or website you bought it from
and ask for a new code that works

Ya, same problem here, Invalid Code for RE5, all the other stuff perfectly fine, and some other people I called to, have the same problem, it's a worldwide problem and microsoft, can't do anything because they say, that the code is valid. But need to be approved by Capcom.

What are the codes and what do they do. I've never seen or heard about them

The archives edition have a card with the codes to download the full game of "Resident evil X HD, Resident Evil 4 HD, Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 5 Gold App", and the RE5 redeem code, came invalid, I mean, It work but "at least that what microsoft told me" but it send Invalid Code message.
