Resident Evil 6 Why didn't i get my trophy?

Uh.. So i just finished chapter 3 in Chris campaign. But for some reason I never recived the trophy that says 'completed chapter 3' I can go to chapter 4 now since i unlocked it. But no trophy. Don't tell me I have to re do it cuz it sucked so bad

Were you playing in co-op? If so, did you join someone's game while they were already in game? That's the only situation I could see the trophy not unlocking, otherwise, it's probably just a glitch and you have to do it again.
