I knew zombies in media these days are fast, but I had no idea they were marathon runners.

I'm not so sure how all of them are done but for this run the zombies had to stakeout somewhere and chase after the runners' flags (the "caution" tapes). It was a lot of burst sprints and ass grabbing (by accident trying to get the tape). Next time we might be the victims since they are actually running the full 5k... Or not because it felt good being the meanest zombies out there! Until I jammed my finger.
