I was wondering if anyone had any conspiracy theorys(you know, storys that are unlikely but may just be possible)...I have a few:
1) After Sherrys escape from Racoon City, Wesker and his minions monitor her. She has an advanced version of one of William Birkins viruses incubating in her body. Ada is sent undercover as Sherrys carer (claiming that deceased John was a close family friend). Ada trains Sherry in survival, ready to use as a weapon for her own secret cause once the virus establishes.
2) Jill has a child with her partner, and is forced to go into hiding to protect her family (explaining the gravestone). Wesker finds her out and in his classic style threatens to hurt her family unless she plays along. He would need her kick ass strength to help him defeat Chris and Sheva. However she conspires against him and sabotages his plan. She is bird woman, the mask being a homage to Forest (?) who was pecked to death by crows at the Spencer mansion. She fights with Chris in the RE5 trailer not to kill him but to trick Wesker.
