Let me clarify some stuff, (I needed a spoiler thread so much)
1. Carla is Ada's clone who just wants to wreck havoc on everything and hates Simmons and Ada because she's jealous --- and Simmons cloned her because he's in love with Ada?
2. The Ustanak is controlled by Carla right? Why does he want Jake?
3. Why Deborah Harper? Why not any random person or some sort?
4. Simmons wanted the US President to keep the secret that's why he made an outbreak?
5. What is the real Ada's objective? (i never knew ever since the start)
6. Any explanation on Neo-Umbrella?
7. And I saw this on Wikia:

So, uhm... was this Simmons? and what happened to Ada's arrest warrant?
8. And any word on Umbrella's main competitor? (Just the unidentified organization on the wikia, one that collected pathogens too. Ada and Wesker worked for them) Alex Wesker? Or any cool plot elements that gives more interest in the series?
9. And finally... Resident Evil 7 possibilities?
