Resident Evil 5 PC Version question

My version of RE5 is 1.0.0 according to the Readme in the game's folder. But I see files for version 1.0.0.129. I know no patch has been released for the PC. So what type of game is using 1.0.0.129???

1.0.0.129 is the retail version I believe as it was released a year later, they just didnt bother changing the info or made a mistake in the readme automatically thinking that it should be v 1.0.0.

Thanks Mark! I tried it and no viruses. But a little complex. Gonna take a while to get used to. But at least it works.
