Resident Evil 6 Need HELP!!

I got my Resident Evil 6 installed but when I open the launcher, it did not continue only blackscreen. Please help me on how to fix this problem.

I don't do pc gaming anymore and haven't done for many years, so this is probably one of the first things you've checked however have you tried updating the net framework, this used to be a huge cause for black screens and games refusing to load even if you had the specs to run then??
