Resident Evil 4 Did anybody see this on RE4?

Hi, yesterday, I`ve finished RE4 (17th times ) and when I saw the game credits, this appear:

The characters and events depicted in this game are fictitious. Any
similarities to actual persons, living or dead, is purely
coincidental.

This game is protected under the laws of the Raccoon Police
Department. Unauthorized duplication, distribution or exhibition may
result in civil liability and criminal prosecution by an appropriate
S.T.A.R.S. member, and then some.

an Easter Egg, is like a joke o bug inserted in the game when it`s in development, is not an accident, is purposely...

and something like that is on the movie Independence Day, at the ending of the credits says:
"No animal or alien was harmed on this movie"

ok people herse the deal there is no such place as racoon city sorry to disappoint anyone or S.T.A.R.S teams however there are companys which have the name umbrela but i have found they are nto Pharmacutical companies one is a chuffuer buisness and another is a security firm

the Racoon City depicted in the films was actully the city ATLANTA in USA

hope this clear stuff up for u guys

o yh i am a bit of a resident evil nut have every game part from umbrella cronicles all the books and no quite a bit abou the whole series

Im reading hte books also im on the 4th one Underworld very intresting. And thank god there not pharmacuticals phew and as for STARS thats Swat team basically.

i know there weren't any city with Raccoon City name.. it's only in the game..
they put it there just to make some kind of connection because, after all, it's the RE game..
