Resident Evil 5 another secret?

On chapter 3-1 if you go to the half sunken boat, and just stand there, Sheva (if playing as Chris) will make random commentaries (Heh heh hey! Awesome! Ohh!)

this might just be happening for me however, and I'm not sure if you have to pick up the 'beast slate' first but i did.

I've heard about this, and it seems that is normal, but I've never tried, all you have to do is stay in a place in a certain chapter and somebody will say something =D
