Ah, they will - it doesn't take long to attract the idiots :lol: We've known Sephiroxas for a while now because she first joined the Fable 2 forums and she's a fantastic member and really contributes to the community. So when Steve made a RE site, she was first choice for mod as she was so incredibly enthusiastic about the series and being part of this place.

I've never been banned from a forum but I've left because of idiots in charge - if you're going to be a mod or admin, you need a thicker skin than most and it's easy to take offence when people get nasty. I've been on the receiving end of some pretty unpleasant things before but thankfully I have Steve to back me up - to my knowledge, not one person has ever managed to win an argument with him so it doesn't take long for him to shut someone up. If and when the time comes to choose new staff here I reckon Sephi and Steve will have a chat about it between them and everyone is considered so you never know.

Too true - Steve doesn't usually have the under-18's as staff members simply because they aren't mature enough and usually end up causing more arguments than sorting them. I hate when you get told to keep in line by some pre-pubescent little crap with an ego bigger than their vocabulary - I've been on sites like that where the mods have little friendship groups which mean those people are invincible; if you complain about one of their friends, you get banned. It's stupid...

At least here the egos seem to be non-existent. On one of the sites I do admin for, we "apparently" have all the world's greatest people signed up - if you believe their wild claims. Mostly from GFX artists who think that just because they have a copy of photoshop they are gods in the making and should be treated as such. Call me dumb but I personally cannot see the difference from one sig to another - but they tear strips off each other and then all claim to have IQ's of over 250. I think they mean -250...

I'm about 50 mins or less from Brum - small nowhere town near Stafford, as it happens. Used to live near London though.

I'm only really part of the forums that Steve makes - I'm staff on three of his other sites and just a regular member everywhere else...gives me something to do when I ought to be working - other forums annoy me because they are full of people who don't like newcomers and make it really difficult to fit in. Or they're all under the age of 14 and think that speaking 1337 is amazing :lol:

lol - well, your location isn't far from mine and I have no apparent life, so I'm online most of the time surfing between forums :lol:
