Pretty sure Batman's spine was broken clean in half. A real-world person that suffered that would most likely be paralyzed until the right technology came along to heal his spine.

However, I wasn't aware Bruce Lee broke his back. What happened may I ask?

And while Bruce Lee was undoubtably a brilliant Martial Artist, one of the best if not the best, he wasn't a man who had mastered *all* MA's on the planet, like Batman.

It probably takes a lifetime just to master one... (I don't know, just guessing)

I didn't mean to say he broke his back, it was a serious injury, though and they told him he wouldn't be able to continue fighting and he did.

Sorry for de-railing the topic Femme... Batman is quite a sexual being though. On the subject of sexuality, what are all of your opinions on androgyny? I went through an androgynous phase myself, and didn't mind it. I also find androgyny attractive if the overall person is attractive.


EDIT: Here's how far I went with my androgyny btw, you could still tell I was a girl, but a lot of my friends told me I was definitely androgynous at times but in a good way. I miss the body I used to have, but alas womanhood kicked in and gave me boobs.

You're very attractive, and I love that shirt, by the way. I can't really weigh in on the not having boobs part, though, because I don't really remember not having them, I honestly can't tell you the last time I was able to stand up straight and see my feet at the same time, lol.

Thank you! Too bad CBGB closed down a few years ago because that place was legendary! I got my boobs when I was 18. It was weird, I guess I was a late bloomer! I do enjoy my body now, but I probably won't be able to pull off that look anymore. Short hair is so fun though, and so easy to do!

I wouldn't know, I'm a fan of long hair myself and only had short hair for around two or three years before growing it out again. (I cried in the shower the day I cut it, it was so sad. ) I was blessed with a...generous amount of gloriousness around age thirteen or fourteen so I don't think I've ever been able to pull off that look; I've never been that thin in any case.

Well hey, boobs DEFINITELY aren't a bad thing. I freaked out a bit when I first cut my hair short too. I have naturally curly hair, so I had to straighten it everyday or else it'd curl up and look like this...

@Magnolia, I'm pretty much the same. I've never been especially thin and it seems like I've always had boobs lol.

I've almost always had long hair and it was always heart breaking whenever I would cut even a short amount off, though when I got a mohawk in '07 it wasn't hard at all o.o. As for androgony, you could probably say was high school for me (no pics, sorry. Not only was that forever ago but I hate cameras heh). I didn't pluck my eye brows until after I graduated, wore mostly boy's clothing and had my hair up all the time or in braids.

I've worn a dress a grand total of twice in my lifetime and one of those times was manditory lol. My mom showed me pictures of me when I was around 5 and I was wearing holey jeans, a blue t shirt with a truck on it and a plaid overshirt. I have always been a tomboy and have only really been embracing truly femanine appearances for maybe the last couple years lol.

I must say, you're VERY cute there! And I think you do look feminine. You don't need defined boobs to look feminine, you don't remind me of a boy at all. Was that many years ago?

I guess you could say I looked somewhat androgynous before I got into puberty, and a period I had very long hair so old people would sometimes ask "is it a girl"? I had a small body frame and was not tall for my age, and when people barely could see my face it's not strange they was unsure.
I gained much height after I was 16 and eventually became slightly taller than average men. When I was around 16 I remember noticing how small all the girls became all of a sudden! I was used to admire the beauty of girls that was of my height, and now they seemed so small?! At that time I wished the girls would be as tall as myself lol.
Today I'm not big-boned and I don't have much visible muscles, but my appearance is very masculine still.

Ahahaha Well thank you, I personally don't think I look like him, but my friends have said it in the past. I guess I can kind of see it a bit, we both looked androgynous at the same time!

To answer the original question, I'm Heterosexual. Now there is one thing that i firmly believe when it comes to a persons sexuality which is that each and every individual has they have the right to be happy, i only bring this up because i feel that many people out there judge someone by there sexuality. Society is full of Bigots and Horrible people who treat others who may be different by way of Race, Sexuality, Faith or even Lifestyle like they are riddled with a highly contagious disease. This makes me angry cause its the same world wide it may only take that 1% to harshly change a person life for the worse in turn making the victim hate the other 99% as well. Mankind can be horrible, its in our nature but i do say this...10% of people out there couldn't give a monkeys if what they do hurts others aka rapists, bullies, murderers etc but in times of crisis however big or small the other 90% will come to aid of others without a shadow of a doubt. Its the one thing that makes me proud to see and i more or less guarantee that the majority of the people in the REN community are in that 90%!

However people are treated by other inhuman individuals i hope that you remember that you have to prove nothing to them and just to yourself. Live life to its fullest as you may not be around forever!

For example, I really like guys who have scars on their faces, or a broken nose. I also love a girl with some type of imperfection that stands out a bit... It makes me fall in love with them so easily. LOL

It's because it shows you that they're not perfect like being in love with someone alludes to. We think the people we love are perfect because we love them but the physical imperfections remind us that there are some personal flaws as well. (I dig guys with scars on their faces too, by the way. It's irresistible somehow. *shrugs*)

See now that's romantic....Love isn't about someone being perfect...everyones got their flaws even me! granted 0.001% of the world population claim to be perfect but as was said above no one is perfect which makes everyone unique and even attractive!
