We don't tend to permit that sort of linkage for various reasons, but after checking it, I've put it in your signature for people to look at if they want to.

With regards to the second query, I can't speak 100% for Steve, but it would depend highly on what boards you are advertising us. Most people find us via Google as it is. Obviously we cannot stop you from posting links anywhere on the internet to this place, but I would ask that you PM Steve and ask him there to be certain.
