a debit card is like a credit card but you can only use what money you have in your account, not like a credit card where you spend spend spend then get your bill.
god knows why they don't use them methods, but can't you just go instore and purchase what it is that you want?

I could go instore but the damn problem is, I'm from germany, and I cant yet turn my back towards that ****hole ...theres been a recent discussion about banning all rated-r videogames and movies. all the latest violent games (such as farcry 2, call of duty:world at war, gta iv etc.) have been cutted as hell which means a major contingent of fun is lost. theres good online-shops in austria who offer all the uk- and us-imports but why should I buy there if I can get it much cheaper in the uk due to good euro/pound-related markets?

yeah sorta like that, its linked to your bank account, so you can only use what money you have in your account, in my opinion safer than a credit card because you can't get into debt so easily.
anyway my suggestion would be, use ebay, you don't have to use a credit card, some people accept other methods.
