Before the series was rebooted and taken into this new direction, Tyrants were some of the toughest enemies in the series. (They still are in my opinion, but I digress...) My question is, how smart were they?
Most of them were about the level of a predatory animal.
Nemesis was able to wield a rocket launcher, plot ambushes, and talk.
The Mr. X in Outbreak File 2 killed the guy holding the switch to its internal bomb, after the former just finished gloating about his holding the switch.
