Did someone say Tomb Raider? 
Next to RE, it's the second big game franchise I'm a fan of. I've been playing it since 1997 or so (it was once again my cousin who introduced me to the series via TR II) and I own every game (including Guardian of Light and TRI-IV's Director's Cut levels, but not Beneath the Ashes and Lara's Shadow because they're XBox360-exclusive) for PC. I must admit, though, that I really like only about half of them and never finished TRIV because I found it annoying (the number 4 must be cursed; I don't like Resident Evil 4 and Silent Hill 4 either ).
But I'm looking forward to this new installment and I'm going to get it no matter what, even though it's a reboot. No game featuring Lara Croft will ever escape Hel's grasp! (She even visited me in Underworld in case anyone remembers, but unfortunately I wasn't home at that time.)

I don't have any interest in the Tomb Raider reboot. I really liked the other games in the series (Guardian of Light, not so much), but this just seems like the DmC of Tomb Raider.

I'm looking forward to playing the new TR, I prob won't touch mp though. It does seem to resemble Uncharted an awful lot but then again they are similar kinda games.
The first 3 TR game were the best imo and they did a great job with Anniversary. Lets just hope that the new game won't be like completely different game from what we know and love.

I can't wait for the new Tomb Raider game! Next to Resident Evil and Silent Hill, Tomb Raider is my favorite franchise and and I keep my fingers crossed for a good reboot! I just think the story seems to be a little bit too "thin". I mean we know nothing apart from the fact that Lara is stranded on an island and that she needs to survive and escape from it. However I'm very optimistic that Crystal Dynamics is just trying to keep the story as a secret. I have already preordered it so it better be a good game!

It looked good when in early production but now most the details are out it sounds sadly very casualised. I heard there is regenerating health and no swimming and its very linear.
I played tomb raider when i was younger back on the ps1. I think Tomb Raider 2 was the best one, immensly challenging and groundbreaking graphics at the time.

I can't wait for tomorrow! I ordered the collecors edition too, so there's a lot to look forward to. Tomb raider is definitely one of my favourite video game franchises (probably third favourite). I'm a bit worried though because it still hasn't been dispatched from amazon

Perhaps by the end of the day I will be able to play it too. At the moment, however, I'm still waiting for the installation process to finish. It's been going on for three hours and five minutes now.
This is definitely going to influence my rating of the game. Not in a good way, though.

Alright I'm playing the game for quite a while now and everything is really nice but there is one thing I need to say:
the quick time events in this game are the worst I've ever seen in any kind of game so far! At the beginng the button you have to press is kinda diaphanous but seriously once you see the button and I press it immediately it shows that I failed. How am I supposed to know the right button if I can't see it?!
