Ok so I'm considering buying The Sly Collection and I've been reading customer reviews and people are saying it has "online trophy support". Now does this mean the trophies don't come programmed with the disc like every other normal game? I'm confused man And I don't have highspeed internet that can carry the weight of PS3 gaming, because I have a Verizon modem, and it sucks.

I have no idea what the difference is actually. I played The Sly Collection and I do believe the trophies work as normal.

They are prob just talking about syncing the trophies online.
