I guess the infected werent smart enough to use normal doors which is why Saddler and Wesker spent their budgets on installing two way ones everywhere otherwise they wouldnt be able to even get out xD

I never even thought about the ways the door opened. You know, that I think about it, I wander how it must be everyday living with the doors in those games, since there is a possibility that you may hit someone with the door or you may be hit.
