For the life of me I cannot beat the end game tyrant. The previous boss left me seriously lacking on resources and to make it worse I’m on hardcore. So does anyone have any tips on beating him with practically nothing more than a pistol and a knife?

Just dodge his attacks a few flash bangs or grenades would be handy to stun him,
You only need to survive a minute and thirty seconds then Ada will drop you the rocket launcher,
He gives you a good indication of when he's going to attack so use that to your advantage and dodge.
