Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999) September 28th. Daylight...

It doesn't seem like it's daytime... If it wasn't for that, I'd think the whole game was during the night.

How do we know it ISN"T the night though...I mean...It's dark out...isn't there even cutscenes where we see the moon...Like when the rescue chopper is coming and Nemesis shoots it down...

In the beginning it's daytime. Jill even says "daylight...".
I think it changes to night sometime after you leave uptown.

The time does change. If you notice it's considerably darker when you leave the RPD than it is when you first get there.
