Resident Evil 4 Rocket Launcher/Chicago Typewriter Money Problems

I don't have enough money for the Infinite Rocket Launcher or the Chicago Typewriter. I'm about 200K money short of getting one. But I have one question. Can I get one of those weapons in the middle of the game when I have enough? Or does it have to be in the beginning of a new round?
