Has anybody seen the RE fan made stuff some have made using he Unreal 5 Engine? Looks really nice.

It does look nice especially the RE1 bit but unfortunately it is Moonglint and they are notorious for releasing a whole lot of dreams and promises but still not a single fully functional game from them yet. Capcom lawyers are probably swarming them anyway in case they do release RE content by some miracle.
I think 'Echoes of the Living' is from Moonglint and I played the demo and it was lukewarm at best. I mean, it was a good effort of trying make a game that resembles survival horror of yore but all-in-all it was sort of tacky and didn't really have much charm to it.
