Resident Evil Alice book/figure?

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone knows when the Hottoys Alice (Afterlife version) figure is going to be released? I've been wanting this for so long!
While I was looking up Resident Evil merchandise I came across a book simply called 'Resident Evil: Alice' which was released this year and is 124 pages long but I just can't find what it's actually about so was hoping someone on here would know?

Hot Toys has released some pics (u might have seen them)
a good made figure with all parts from the RE-Afterlife movie
a masterpiece i think....
