I had a problem with Games For Windows Live GFWL on Steam on Windows 10 2020 for more than a week.
I bought Resident Evil 5 for me and a colleague, so we can play together online. For me it was not possible to play it. The installation was working. I tried to start the game and then I get the error "Install Failed". I tried to find a solution on reddit, but nothing works.
At the end, I have found a solution that works for me and I want to share it:
