Resident Evil 4 Resident Evil 4 (PC) freezes when juming from crates, after lake stage,

So I manage to pass the lake, kill the sort of wale, woke up, then passing the door, there are some crates that are hanging from chanes, so I shoot them they fall, then I activate the swich , the water goes down.

So when I am going back to head to pass the waterfall it freezes when I land on one of the crates

please help.
