Anybody else notice the dates are different between the texture and the actual text caption?

I wonder why they used 1970-71 originally?

It was probably meant to relate to George Trevor but was probably scrapped considering we'd have to believe that Jack and Marguerite bought that house in the 70s which would make them a lot older than they appear.
