Resident Evil 6 RE6 serpent emblems

i can't take the 1° emblem with cris in the 4 chapter neither the 3 with leon in the 4 chapter.
is it a bug or something else i need to do ?
i already tryed to shoot or cut with all weapons and difficulties
can anyone help , thoose are the last ones i need

I think this is the chapter where the 1st emblem you find is really emblem #2 and the second emblem you find is emblem #1. So I think the one you might be missing it the one on the boat, once you go outside you have to use a sniper rifle.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that should be it.
